Game is brand new and sealed, unopened and the seal is a y-fold seam.
Although the game is sealed, the case does show some signs of wear. There seems to be some debris between the seal and the game (on the bottom). The game also has a puncture on the back of the case and cover art.
Aside from those issues, the game is authentic, sealed, and in overall good condition. This title is actually on the uncommon/ rarer side of DS games, not just DS shovelware- loose copies sell regularly for $15. At the time of posting, this is the only sealed copy posted online.
